Memories of Ashley
Hello Friends and Family,
We are providing this space as a place for people to share their fondest memories of Ashley and how she changed their life. We wish that we could have everyone share at her service, but due to time constraints we are keeping the list rather short. We would still love to know how you knew Ashley and what you loved about her. If you would like to, please share your thoughts in the comments below 💗

ReplyDeleteI met Ashley through friendship with her sister, Rachel. From the first time I met Ashley, I was in awe and admiration of the caring, sweet, compassionate, and simply beautiful person she was. Ashley cared for her Mom and siblings with patience and grace, she was a truly selfless individual. Ashley also was super creative and an amazing dancer, writer, photographer, and artist. I remember that Ashley loved the bands Switchfoot and Tenth Avenue North, and her passion for the people and things she loved was so clear in all she did. I am so sorry to the Fouch family for the loss of beautiful and wonderful Ashley, she was a true gem and angel.

I met Ashley when she became the dance instructor for the Silver Steppers, a senior dance group, at the Y in Mill Creek WA. She took over the group when our former teacher, who was in her late 90's, had to resign due to health issues. Ashley was a breath of fresh air, and took on the task of teaching us seniors dance routines we could never imagine doing. She was always so patient with us, and continued teaching, even on the days when she was in pain. Her smile and laugh would light up the room, and that's what I'll always remember about Ashley. I was so moved after watching the video she posted on UTube last March on her 30th birthday. At the end of the video she made a comment that she hoped she'd still be here next year on her birthday, but, if not, she said she had a "great run". What a legacy she leaves behind...hope you're dancing with the angels now, Ashley! God bless you!
